Imaginarium: songs from the Neverhood

I just got this album straight from the Daniel Amos site and the first few tracks of each disc have noise/crackling issues. The versions on Youtube seem to be cleaner. Does anyone else have this problem with this release?

I also got this from the site. If you compare disc 2 track 23 (the lil' bonus room) to the in-game audio, the vocals sound a lot noisier on the sibilants, like the S in bonus, on the CD. I don't know if this is because of lowpass on the game, maybe?

Thanks for the confirmation. Was worried I got a bad print or something. I wonder how the 2000 version or NHM1234 compares. Anyone here have either of those and can share their experience?

It's not impossible you do have a bad print, though, I had to ream out the hole on disk 2 before it would fit in my drive, the quality of these things isn't beyond reproach. But I didn't have any read errors once that was done.
