I figure I'll further confirm all this information with scans I've done from the game's instruction book. I'm also including a higher resolution scan of the disc, and one of the game box's front. Don't know how that custom made (?) front image remained all this time. I'm also making the disc the default, since I think that's what we do when there isn't a "real soundtrack release".

Of course if there's a problem with uploading this stuff, take it down, but I figured that since the game is the soundtrack's original packaging and the instruction booklet has pages that contain information pertinent to the soundtrack, we should have them up here

GameFAQs, Mobygames, and Wikipedia (probably taking from one of the previous two) lists the release date for this game as March 30, 2000. Where does the release date here come from? I think release dates for games released in the USA are pretty notoriously hard to pinpoint. Amazon doesn't seem to give a date.

So it looks like some sites are reporting the announced release date then, before it got delayed.

Obviously going by memory from 13 years ago isn't good, but summer 2000 sounds right to me.

As far as I can tell, the following tracks don't appear to be featured on the Puppet Princess of Marl Kingdom Original Soundtrack. However, they are featured on the Marl de Jigsaw Golden Special CD.

10 Amazing Pirates (我らは海賊)
16 Marjoly Family Anthem (マージョリー一家)
17 Mothergreen (マザーグリーン)
20 Fear (恐怖)
26 Mother's Lullaby (エピローグ)

In contrast, "Step of the World" (17) & "Beauty Castle" (19) from the Puppet Princess of Marl Kingdom soundtrack don't appear to be featured on this albulm.
