Tracklist taken from this post:
http://forums.cncnz.com/index.php?showtopic=10762 There's a rip floating about which seems to have completely different tracknames (those are what you'll find on most websites). The post I linked is a screenshot of iTunes though, which presumably retrieves the official tracklist from CDDB. Chuckling over the trackname of #34 =) |

All your base!
Does anyone know if Klepacki did more than just HM3 for the game?

Frank did HM3 and Grinder 2. The "From First to Last" remixes were done by the eponymous band. |

Yep, I've since found out the complete track credits for the album with some research, I suppose I could edit them in here as well.

I added scans for both US & European version (a catalog number can be seen on the European one).
I also found out there is a soundtrack that comes with the PS3 exclusive "Ultimate Edition". Anyone know if it's the same album ? At least it can't be printed with "Premier Edition" on the disc.. so it should get a separate entry (if we find more infos about it) I haven't found a pic or infos about it so far. |

Anyone else have audio spikes at the end and beginning of each track? I'm guessing they failed at the encoding somehow.

Yes, I heard that all the premier edition cd's had a spike in the beginning of each track. No idea if that's the case, but everyone I know who have it have said it to be the case.

That's because of bad mastering. If you extract the tracks from the disc and take a look in your favorite hex editor you can see WAVE RIFF headers, which shouldn't be there. That's the reason for the spikes.

Oh heh. Never thought that could happen. It might be the case for few games I know that have RedBook Audio and similar problems as well.

You're right. They just imported wave files as raw data, so the crackle sound is the "sound" of wave header.
