Default Hiroshi Satow (#12884)
I don't know whether this album credits was a reason why it was changed to Satow, but isn't it acceptable for getting it back with this?

It's written as Satow on COCB-60120 (2016) and COGQ-103 (2017).

That gives us two recent examples.

Isn't it much more efficient to put the Hiroshi Sato as Display Name and do Hiroshi Satow as a Variation because so many Hiroshi Sato on existing posts should be also fixed if Satow is on Display Name?

It's not a major change so you don't have to fix anything. Engineers don't show up on the album page anyways.

Edit: I found "Satow" on COCQ-85414 (2018) as well.
