Default JU80I8X: Fate/Zero Special Drama CD: Yumemiru Shukujo
I think there isn't any Fate/Zero PSP game to date. This should represent the light novel (aka publication) just like those other F/Z Drama CDs. (manga and anime started in 2011)

There is Fate/Extra PSP game (released in 2010), but this isn't related to that one.

Why this was enclosed with a game magazine, beats me...
