Of the two tracklists, which one is the official? Also, while I want to refer to scans, probably using Final Fantasy Reishiki as the display title is closer to the way we normally do.

Scans are from the limited edition, so i got to delete them.
If you'r still looking for scans, you'll find them on the 4 discs set.

"Arecia Alracia" should be "Arecia Al-Rashia", it's her official English name. Also, is "Phynis" an official term as well?

actually I changed to Finis
I wonder if it's not latin (it could be something like End, with beginning as 1st track, the loop is looped)

It says :

The game was originally called Final Fantasy Agito XIII. The Latin word "agito" roughly translates into "I put into action/motion" or "I move/rouse". Even though the title has changed, the term "Agito" still appears within the story. In the Fabula Nova Crystallis mythology, the term "Finis" refers to destruction, while "Agito" refers to salvation. The line in the Square Enix 1st Production Dept. trailer narration, "The world awaits Agito", can be understood to mean "the world awaits its savior".

The name of the bonus track was added to the official website today. It's called クラフルフォーリングラブ in Japanese, but I have no idea how to romanize it (something falling love?). Performer is Yuriko Kaida.

as said on the chat, I think the "gu" of the jap track is a typo, so changed the "falling" into "fall in"
and lyrics have "fall in love" in case one wonders why

I struggled with that thing forever and the only thing I could think is that they made a typo. With some Google searches, I came up with "falling in love" sometimes, so I considered that. Is kurafuru really supposed to be colorful? That's so... -__- I thought カラフル was supposed to be careful. I think the kana in that track is just really bad.

Careful would normally be Keafuru(ケアフル).

actually, the site has カラフル
Zanasea just mistook カ with ク (he simply didn't correct with a new post, however the jap tracklist hasn't the error)

The official site now has カラフルフォーリンラブ (no グ).

A couple of tracks have official translations in the game (運命の三時間=three hours that changed the world, 朱雀の旗が立つとき=raise the vermillion banner) and others are quotes (我ら来たれり), btw, so after the US version is released it could be revised.

This might be a necrodump but I need answers. (lol)
I read the posts above about カラフルフォーリンラブ, "a bonus track" performed by Yuriko Kaida.

Was there some special version that was performed only by Yuriko Kaida?
From what I can tell she only did lyrics and backing vocals on the song that is available on the OST.

Halp plees? Thanks.

I know this is an older game and probably not too important to figure this out, but I was looking into M1-14 "Time of Tranquility / 静謐な時間 (Seihitsu na Jikan)". Unless I've missed something when reading through the credits, the notes here say this was composed by Uematsu but the implication is that Ishimoto arranged it.

Ishimoto certainly did not arrange nor orchestrate the piece, so I'm wondering if there was a dropped credit for Kentaro Sato (Ken-P) or Rieko Mikoshiba--or if this was just a case of reusing the track from a different game. I wish I knew how to find the source for the full track-by-track credits so I could just check on this myself ^^'

You could check the Limited Edition scans for credits: https://vgmdb.net/db/covers.php?do=view&cover=130600

My belief is that this piece is part of a handful of orchestrated tracks that were recorded at the time Final Fantasy Type-0 was still a mobile title, Final Fantasy Agito XIII (around 2006~2008), and that it is the only one that was kept in the final title.
Takeharu Ishimoto mentions this in an interview: https://www.famitsu.com/news/201111/02004915.html (当時、フルオーケストラで作った曲があったんですが、時を経て合わなくなってきたので、一部以外はすべて 作り直しています。 "At the time, I wrote a song/songs for a full orchestra, but over time, it no longer fit, so we rewrote everything except a few parts." -- in Japanese, it's hard to know if it's singular or plural, but the last part of the sentence leads me to believe there were several pieces)
Ishimoto also says Tetsuya Nomura wanted to renew the game's image after it was rebranded, so the "main theme" was remade.

Unfortunately, it seems they have not kept the credits for it.
