Yuri Fukuda is credited as composer for Disc2 M9, M11, M12, M17, M21, but disc2 only has 19 tracks

Moreover track 9 is already composed by Hyd Lunch, and track 12 is composed by Chihiro Aoki. Are those collaborations or mistakes?

That was an error from reading the booklet, two lines were mixed up. Notice that "M9, M11, M12, M17, M21" are also the tracks that Saori Yoshida is credited for on disc 1.

I've updated Fukuda's credits with the correct tracks for disc 2 according to the booklet, thanks for the catch

Both Chihiro Aoki and Fumiyoshi Shimohara are creditted as composers for Disc 3 Track 11, did they both work on it or is it an error ?

Same for:
Disc 3 track 07, Chihiro Aoki and ZENTA are creditted as composers on the same track.

They are both credited for those tracks in the booklet.
