I thought this was a fan mod? In which case this is not an official soundtrack. So, I believe the color should be orange so as not to confuse this was an official release. Please correct me if I'm mistaken.

It's the (official) soundtrack to a fan mod. Nothing wrong here with the colors or classification.

This is getting a re-release by Materia Collective on March 16, 2018.
It seems to be the exact same contents, only the cover is slightly changed. I love what Materia Collective is doing but... It was free, and now it cost nearly 20$ ?!
