Well this anime (adapted from a manga by Koji Koseki) competes for the longest title in romaji.

Is this anime an OVA or a movie?
In fact this short anime (duration of 35 minutes) was first screened along with "Kosuke-sama Rikimaru-sama" in the Shounen Jump Anime Carnival tour across thirty cities in September 1988.
Then later the anime was released in VHS in 1990.
