Update: I found wiki entries with this reading.
 https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E6%A1...81%8B%E3%81%84Does anyone know where the reading of Kai Ousaka came from? 桜坂 is generally read as Sakurasaka or Sakurazaka.
