236P is Masashi Yano http://vgmdb.net/artist/204

Any idea about who are the other members?

I've never heard that 236P is Masashi Yano, and I can't find anything about it. Got a source?

Suffice it to say I have no idea if any of Liverne's other members are known under other names! (EDIT: Well, besides Jun.A obviously.)

No, I used my ears.
The guitar distortion he uses and drumrolls he does on many tracks are so characteristic of him.
I'm 100% sure, but i would like to hear a confirmation.

I asked Yano if he is 236P, and this was his response, lol:

I'd interpret this as an ambiguous "yes". As for the other aliases, I would guess that P.C.B. is Yousuke Yasui (his iconic pitch bend, FM usage) and Cone is Wataru Ishibashi (he loved using arpeggios and breakbeats, and combining acoustic instruments with synths). No idea who most of the others are, likely musicians who I'm not familiar with and not connected to SuperSweep. Jim Heng has a weird techno style and DJ FIRE-ROD's stuff is trancey; I had wondered if either of those could be Manabu Namiki, but I don't think so.

EDIT: I got in touch with Shoichiro Sakamoto himself about the aliases, he says that the albums were made possible by agreeing not to disclose the identities of the artists, so he can't provide any info. Looks like solving this puzzle is dead in the water then.
