OK guys, from what I've read here and been told by a friend (who contacted Seya), Kodaka was indeed the sole composer on the games he worked on with Hara and Seya. Also, Marumo has been confirmed to be Naohisa Morota.
No idea who Atomic Wave is though.

Also, according to this quote, Naohisa Morota was the one behind the Sunsoft PCM bass. (I think. Could somebody translate it and confirm?)
Quote:

I've been wanting to propose to update the credits of the games done by Kodaka because of what Dag had dug out from the liner notes, so this is great timing to have further and official confirmation. Mabochan is most surely another programmer, since it's never mentioned in any other sunsoft game, too bad there's not any kind of confirmation. If there's not a problem, I'll get to update the affected albums. Oh, and shouldn't Seya's and Hara's artist profiles be deactivated then?

Kodaka deserves a special place in heaven.

I've changed their roles to "programmer" but if that's too minor a role their profiles could be deactivated I suppose.

No idea who Mabochan is, i'll try asking around though.

It'd be great if you could update the albums, Kewing. I'm too lazy these days :/

About Seya/Hara's profiles, I think it's good to keep them around to show they actually didn't compose, but some people may frown that tho.

PCM bass would be Morota's, yeah.
And thanks for your efforts on uncovering all those composer tidbits, dissident. I'd press the 'like' button all day if there was one.

Got it, I changed the role to programmers for all of their albums. I didn't remember there was a progammer role, so I also think it can't hurt to keep the profiles active like these, unless many people object to it.

On Freedom Force, there is a guy who did sound programming/SE who isn't credited in any other game... This may be "Mabochan", although I have no other evidence.

Just to note, cat# for 3rd CD is CDCD-10003C. That is printed on inner ring in data side of the CD.

It seems that for the first ten albums (up to and including Rom Cassette Disc In HOT-B), they went with CDCD for the catalogue number, but from Rom Cassette Disc In KEMCO and onward, they started using CDGM instead.

Another thing I noticed: according to the CDJapan entry, this reprint seems to contain only 2 discs, not 3. If this is not a misprint or misinformed, could it be safe to assume that they ditched the Wing of Madoola/Dead Zone arrange disc? It says the album contains music "from 19 old popular games" which seems to indicate it's the first two discs from the original release (that is, the original game music discs). Anyway, I guess this new album should get it's own page here?

Interesting note for you Batman NES fans, they swapped the music of the first two stages in the American release, so the following tracks:

93 Stage 1 0:57
94 Stage 2, 5 1:15

are these in America...

93 Stage 2 0:57
94 Stage 1, 5 1:15

This request was ignored, so I went ahead and removed Koi and Hirai, and changed the other credits to unkown, until more info is shared.

Are there two variants of the front cover?

I nearly freaked out when I noticed my copy's front artwork text looked like this one: http://vgmdb.net/album/39764

But apparently so does the limited release: http://vgmdb.net/db/covers.php?do=view&cover=120100
I noticed the correct catalog number and opened my CD to find 3 discs.

I think this might throw some people off who are looking for the first print.

NAO is Naomasa Nakata, according to Albert Odyssey Gaiden.
