Is the HISN stem actually VAP? It doesn't follow the naming scheme of VAP's other stems.

I'm thinking maybe it's a subsidiary of some sort.

The barcode prefix (4988021) on the releases belongs to VAP. Not sure where the HISN comes from, but I did also find one CD release using HISN: https://auctions.c.yimg.jp/images.au...0x5nhpb208.jpg

Disc doesn't seem to mention anyone other than VAP.

Interesting, I'd only ever seen it on digital releases. I guess it must be some internal thing then.
