I don't know why they kept the Datam Polystar logo in the top right...

Datam version was supposed to be PC-88 and the new version is supposed to be X68k??
Or is that incorrect?

Even the disc kept all the old Datam markings.

When Scitron reprinted all the old G.M.O. albums, they removed the GMO logos and markings and put their own Scitron logos on it.

I don't get how they can keep a different label's branding on there.

I reached out to P-Vine about this, but didn't get a clear answer. Have just sent them a follow-up to figure out and will report back.

Most JP stores that I've looked at says it's the X68k version (at least for the vinyl, but I assume it's gonna be the same source for both these), but I've seen one or two pages mention the PC-88 instead.

I got some promotional text directly from the label to be used for my site, but that one doesn't mention the source for the soundtrack, just says that the game originally came out on the PC-88. So I don't know where these store pages got the X68k info from.

Hally confirmed in a tweet that "...the recording sound source is the X1 version (X68000 recording). Thank you for your understanding."

After comparing the Digital P-Vine release to the DATAM version, they have same contents and track lengths, with just a slight volume boost in the reprint.

Which then means the DATAM version must have also been X68K.
