I think 2004.05.27 is the correct release date. Everywhere on booklets and the disc it says (c)2004 UNKNOWN.

Also (archived version) of Project-rs website confirms the same date.

Five tracks for Lost Child included on this CD are unique for this compilation album, and do not re-appear on Lost Child Infinia, Disc 2 Material by kt2. Well, maybe with an exception of "Seance" which is present as "Seance (Remix)" in Infinia.

The front cover has Japanese words on it: ﾋｽﾄﾘｰ・ﾘﾋﾟｰﾂ・ｲｯﾄｾﾙﾌ which means "History Repeats Itself".
