I dunno about JASRAC but Japanese Label these days are already using gracenote's cddb.

Since amazon music is using gracenote, i think it quite reliable.
Execpt for itunes who always change trackname to fits their style.

There's no space between the song names and (TV Size), generally we put the bonus track descriptions in the notes instead of the tracklist if they're grouped like that, and you shouldn't replace ' with ’ or whatever else.

As for the "romaji", they're character names and I have no idea why you added random - in them.

Off topic here but i noticed as listening to JUSTICE from the soundtrack KISEIJU and Chance Meeting from Tatsuya Kato Luck & Logic soundtrack that both sound same could Ken Arai be Tatsuya Kato ghost writer for some of his composition seeing as there is a two year gap from each soundtrack release, have a listen for yourself.

Interesting. The thing is that some of JUSTICE "components" can be found in a regular soundtrack composed by Kato (for example the cello part). There are two possibilites:
1. They both used the same sample (there are strings vst that generate harmonization).
2. Kato reached the deadline for Luck & Logic score, ran out of time and borrowed Arai's JUSTICE (similar to Yuuki Hayashi borrowing Aoba's theme from Buddy Complex).
