I think this entry is a bit premature because the CD wasn't officially announced yet.

At least it's coming. Jonne Valtonen also confirmed it, and actually it seems the CD is already mixed and even mastered.

But do you know if the CD was recorded live or if it was recorded in the studio with the same arrangements of the concert, Zanasea?

Funny. There was not even an official announcement that there would be a CD release AT ALL. I totally agree with Revoc. This entry is a bit premature.

Amazon postponed the release date to December 31, 2010. Does that mean the release date is uncertain again?

In my email from Amazon Germany, this is what it states:

Voraussichtliches Lieferdatum: Januar 10 2011 - Januar 14 2011

Essentially, tentative ship date of January 10 - 14, 2011.

Confirming, also received the mail this morning.

However I think we should wait for an official announcement before beginning any kind of speculation...

Did anyone also get the notice from Amazon that the order was completly cancelled?

I, too, got that same email this morning. I don't think it was canceled completely, though. It goes against what the producers even stated. Maybe a release date is just so far out of the picture that Amazon considers it, momentarily, "canceled."

I wouldn't if it was lossless. I suspect that because square enix released one of the versions in Japan they may release that same one through their online store at some point just as other square enix soundtracks have become available.

My copy arrived today. The album is a masterpiece - everyone with only the slightest interest in symphonic arrangements should order a copy. It's worth every (EUR) cent!

EDIT:
I added some credits, which I took directly from the booklet. I left out the individual performance credits (will add them later). I'm also not sure if my translation of the german terms Tonmeister, Toningenieure and Tontechniker are accurate. Seems like the english language doesn't differentiate between these so much...
