I'm still a bit iffy on track 19. I've seen it translated to "The Flowers that Decorate You", but I'm unsure where the "that" part comes in, so "Flowers to Decorate You" made more sense.

For 19 I'd agree on the latter.
I think トロッコ in 10 typically refers to mine trains (sp?).

Not sure if you knew but the US reprint has a seemingly adecuate official(?) translation btw.

If these titles are official, they've actually changed around the meaning of some titles. 18, for example, definitely has the word "Mission" in it, and it doesn't have "Fate", I'm quite certain.

About track 10, I got "truck" from Wikipedia, and EUdict. It makes more sense as it's the closest word to "torokko", too.

It has some mistakes (11 - power vs blade) but you could use it as a base.

トロッコ can be truck alright, just saying you may want to check context, since in games it's usually used for mine carts and whatnot (see google images).
