Is the audio in any of these La-Mulana releases different from what's in the game? I've only heard a few tracks from the game so I definitely don't know, but I thought Naramura's credit for arrangement on these and Nigoro's other albums was for arrangement of the in-game music, not rearrangement of the existing tunes.

Judging from the download that was once available at their old website (seen here), these new soundtracks are arranged ones. They sound quite different from that older collection.

Edit: Also, their blog says that this soundtrack is for the La-Mulana remake that will be released on PC in a short while.

These albums are re-arrangements of the original PC version's music and first debuted in the 2011 WiiWare version. As Foxhack pointed out, this is also going to be the soundtrack for the revamped PC version. I edited the classification and platform to reflect this.

From the POV of the original PC version, these are arrangements.
From the POV of the WiiWare / PC 2012 version, this is an original soundtrack.

I'd also like to point out that using "la-mulana" (with or without quotes, with or without the hyphen) as a search term currently doesn't work.

If it's going to be an original soundtrack, I don't like the idea of calling them "arrangements". Something just seems wrong with tagging so many albums that do things with songs from older games in a series, etc.
