Default SFNC-0029: Eternal Night Rondo II
Changed album code according to the obi-front (uploaded, together with the other booklet scans).

Don't know what number http://vgmdb.net/album/24392 should have though, but probably not SFNC-0029. (maybe that one is 28?)

Yeah, other one should be 28 since they were released together. Thanks for the edit.
