I've preferred not to link to the artist here credited as 中村康就 to this one since I don't think he was working in the music industry with only 22 years.

Indeed, I think it's more likely that 中村康就 is a typo for this artist, who is credited in the previous 3x3 EYES album.

中村康就 is also credited for arranging another Megumi Hayashibara song from around the same time that doesn't have anything to do with 3x3 Eyes, "EL WAKT" on Half and, Half: http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/Half_and,_Half

The Yasunari Nakamura we have an artist entry for says on Facebook that he's been a "musician" since 1990, but I'm not sure if that means working professionally as a music writer or something else. These 1991 songs do seem really out of whack with his career as a composer seemingly starting around 2003, I agree 100%.
