I did a bit of search, to find out that track 8 is not composed by Shunsuke Kikuchi, BUT, it was originally composed by Jerry GoldSmith. Again, another case of Plagiarism. Track 8 is the Main Theme of Total Recall

(I did not find any track 8 of digital dragon ball on youtube to show it.)

That track comes from Super Botuden Arrange Soundtrack (http://vgmdb.net/album/445)
Where track 08 "(Battle Stage 6) Theme of Cell" is the Arranged by Osamu Shoji.

This shows that Track 08 is composed by Osamu Shoji,

But I am more believing that info is false, and person who add that info did not knew what I am showing it here.

So, should we put Jerry Goldsmith as original Composer or not???
I will change Shunsuke Kikuchi to Kenji Yamamoto due to the source comparison.
