The About Us page needs updating

I know nobody thinks about that page, but there are few things that might need to be updated. I don't think I have any system rights to edit that page, so I wanted to bring this to the staff's attention for discussion.

1) Game Music Revolution Online is gone. The URL now points to a domain squatter's blog in a foreign language. I recommend removing the link (thus reverting the link to normal text).

Also, the mention of "GMRonline is the database site that's been the standard over the past 7 years" is dated. It's been more than 7 years since VGMdb launched. "Past 7 years" should be changed to a time period like "early 2000s."

2) J.G.M.L is gone. The URL now points to the Infoseek Japan homepage. I recommend removing the link (thus reverting the link to normal text).

All other sites listed are still active, although bysmitty's site has no news entries since 2006. Chudah's Corner now has a splash page with a message about coming back in a reformatted manner in November 2012.

actually gmr has been saved in the vgmdb site at gmronline.vgmdb.net
honestly if someone wants to know the url, I have no idea how to find on vgmdb

I touched up some of the things you mentioned. There is an existing mirror of JGML, so I linked that. We probably need to write a brand new About Us section, particularly since our re-branding for Visual Arts.
