FCCD-1001: White Breath with faint hope ORIGINAL SOUND TRACK PLUS

This soundtrack comes in an over-sized hardcover book with the CD set inside a recess in the inside back cover. There are 38 pages inside consisting of full-color art, piano sheet music for every track, and lyrics for the two vocal songs (no vocalist is credited on these pages, so that remains a mystery).

I added images of the Book Front & Back, disc, and tray page.

The book is bound in a way that makes it extremely difficult to get a photo of any of the pages. I'll see if I can get someone to help me hold the book open enough to get clear shots. Otherwise I just won't be able to add any, which is a shame because I love when soundtracks include such content.

The singer of the song was revealed only in the PSP version. Her name is "Ta". But this is not written in the PC version.

I recognize the name Ta (I've also seen TA-, which the hyphen, though I'm not sure it's the same person). I'm sure I own some other stuff with her on it, but of course it's impossible to search for her name in the database because it's only two letters.

Do you happen to remember any other albums she's appeared on?
