So....out of curiosity is this pressed CDs or CDRs? I actually asked the label and got the response that it's a " standard commercial CD release" which doesn't actually mean anything.

It wasn't the best response, no, but I'd interpret it as this being a pressed CD. I can't see something distributed by Universal being anything less.

Has Laced ever done CDRs? But I could check later today how my copies of this and the symphony looks like.

I can confirm that these are pressed CD's, not CD-R's.

Yeah, finally found my copy (really need to re-organize the shelves someday), and checked Laced's DMC V release too and both are pressed by Key Production.

I just worry these days in general -- and have never encountered a Laced CD -- and thus figured it never hurt to ask. There are a number of labels that sell them with NO warning (mainly in the classical sphere) so it's often hard to completely avoid it.

Anyway, you don't even have to just trust your eyes -- ImgBurn (https://www.imgburn.com/) will tell you: Basically if it says 'CDRom' it's pressed, otherwise it'll note it as a CDR and even be able to tell the brand.

Anyway, thanks all.
