Default KICA-3226~7: Sailor Moon Crystal Original Soundtracks
booklet is missing 2 pages (probably between 2-3 and 4-5 that should maybe be 6-7 followed by 8-9, 10-11)
booklets can have 4, 8, 12, 16... pages, not 10 (for booklets with staples)

The missing two booklet pages appear to be "booklet front" and "booklet back".

p01 (booklet front)
p02-03 (booklet 1-2)
p04-05
p06-07 (booklet 3-4) /staple
p08-09 (booklet 5-6)
p10-11 (booklet 7-8)
p12 (booklet back)

I can't make clearer (3 sheets of 4 pages = 12 pages)
