Some videos on youtube such as this one or this one prove that this album is not and arranged one, it's original soundtrack, and so I changed the classification.


Also, I'd like to request some expert advice about a few track titles translations of which I have doubts:

冬の群星 = Winter Stars
雪龍撃砕 = The Pulverising Snow Dragon
故山の夏 = Summer in the Native Place
桃天の地 = The Heavenly Peach Land
鬼道の将 = The General Demon’s Way
翠華の宴 = Banquet of the Green Flower (most doubtful of all)



BTW, this album is incredibly good.

Well, these titles are not that easy to be translated cause they are in Japanese and have some Classical Chinese taste.

I will give some opinion but can't give much, and I think most of your translation are just fine.

光芒の竜 = Dragon of Shine

Flower Dragon March for 華龍進軍 must be wrong.
I can't get a existing meaning of 華龍, but I think it means a glittering dragon, and this refer a heavily armed army in a long line, then they are marching.

鬼道の将 = Resourceful General
I think 鬼道 means ingeniuty, sometimes means crafty.

翠華の宴
翠華 is a typical Classical Chinese word, it means emperor or his guard of honor. IMO 翠華の宴 is banquet in a emperor level, it is full of honor. So I think this can be translated into Banquet of the Emperor, it is not a perfect translation but OK. Banquet of the Green Flower must be wrong, we usually use 花 for flower, not 華.

Track 1-10 are by 服部隆之. 12, 13, 17, 18, 19, 20 are by 松井達夫. 14, 15 are by Koei BGM Dept.
11 is composed by 服部隆之, arranged by 松井達夫. (rearranged from track 1) 16 is composed by 服部隆之, arranged by Koei BGM Dept. (rearranged from track 3)

The image is very small but we can still recognize something.

And track 4 seems to be 雷龍撃砕, not 雪龍撃砕, so it would be thunder dragon, lol.

Hooray, an original soundtrack masquerading as one of the arrangement albums. Though V was only released for Windows, heh.

Wasn't this also released on PlayStation and Saturn? And later ported to the PSP, but I don't know if they kept the original music or did any changes.
