Disagree with quite some of the choices so I'll have to go through them in detail later.
Just for the record, I have the following tracks as being officially confirmed in my notes:
Sakuraba: "Tales of Destiny 2", "Theme of Battle", "Lion", "Alea Jacta est", "Swordian Team", "The Decision to the Future", "Dona Novis Pacem", "Wheel of Fortune"
Tamura: "Reala", "The Dreadnought", "Coup de Grace", "A Resolution"

Edit-----

Disc 1:
Saku: 01, 02, 04, 06, 07, 09, 12, 13, 16, 17, 19, 21, 25-27-30
Ta: 03, 05, 08, 10, 11, 14, 15, 18, 20, 22-24
Disc 2:
Saku: 03-06, 11, 12, 14, 15, 17-20, 22, 23, 27, 28
Ta: 01, 02, 07-10, 13, 16, 21, 24-26
Disk 3:
Saku: 02, 03, 07-09, 12-14, 16-18, 20, 22, 24, 26
Ta: 01, 04-06, 10, 11, 15, 19, 21, 23, 25, 27
Disc 4:
Saku: 01, 03-10, 13-17, 19-23, 24-26
Ta: 02, 11, 12, 18, 27, 28

I guess there actually aren't that many differences. I think all variances were done by the same composer respectively. I highlighted the differences so they are easier to discuss...

"Breeze" sounds more like Tamura to me, the drum line is very repetitive, the string backing monophonic. The melody rhythm of the flute in the latter part (~0:43) is something he likes to use. The dreaming variance is a very low effort slowed down version of the already simple string backing. Sakuraba's variances have significant arrangement changes this one doesn't contain.

"Philia" is a typical Tamura tear jerking piece. In the normal variation droning choir chords, bad undefined mixing with crowded narrow volume range, with odd unfitting additional instrumentation. Reminds me of his work for Hearts. The reminiscence variation has the monophonic string backing again, the latter part of it is constructed similar to ToP's "Biting Cold".

These above two I feel very sure about. The remaining others could go either way, so even though I comment on them I don't really care.

---

"Missing You" regularly trips me up, could be a simplified quantized arrangement of ToP's "Good-by Friends". But style wise likely by Tamura indeed.

But "Yea!" doesn't have Tamura's typical synth line he likes to employ in his minigame music. Instead it (especially the latter part) reminds me of "The Grail Hunter" on PC98 where he got only minor credits. "Table Game" is not really similar to "Regal" (which uses a different music style and is far more complex), and simple aimless smooth jazz is what I tend to attribute to Tamura. And "Workers" is so bland; it could fit with all the near hole pieces, but those couple high bass notes near the looping point are rather uncharacteristic.

---

Btw. I really like the mostly clean sounds in Destiny 2 (especially all the tasty basses). Wish they used them more often in Tales games.

I was messing around with the sound test, which features named midi instruments, and noticed the number of orchestral hits in Tamura's tracks (1.22, 1.24, 2.07, 3.19, 4.02) was high enough that I start suspecting other hit-heavy tracks: 1.07, 1.16, 1.25, 4.21, 4.22 Get item.

So essentially all victory jingles? 4-21 is an interesting pick, though the rather basic bass and drum patterns may point to Ta as well.

Nah, I'm sure the B is for the inability of the title writer to differentiate between B and â, and it stuck from there. The other titles (which are all without those weird accents) are too flawless for it to be a deliberate choice.
