I think the thing that confused me was "King of Fighters" and "サイコソルジャー" having the same phrase after the "/", but I guess it turns out that サイコ・ソルジャー is also a track name on King of Fighters, so it wasn't an arragement from the Pyscho Soldier arcade game.

Where is track 12 from? I youtubed several Chun-Li stage themes but I can't find this particular rendition. It's really good!
