1) tray is just a solid red. I put it there mostly so people would know that wasn't missing some image or text. Feel free to delete if unnecessary, though.

2) booklet has no pages, just inner/outer, and then it contains a 3x4 panel poster -- JUST too big for my scanner to get any one side of with any ease. So that poster image is just a blurry photo ... best I could get. Feel free to delete if not helpful.
