I don't have the confirmation that the songs on the tracks 4 & 7 are used in the film. But they should be, besides Kentaro Haneda who composed the BGM of the movie arranged the song on track 7. All other songs have been released on EP and have been mentioned as insert songs (except the 1 which is the theme song).
Note that the "true" OST of the movie with the BGM of Kentaro Haneda was not released on LP, nor later. To my knowledge, there is only the main theme that was released on the CD "HANE-KEN LAND ~Kentaro Haneda Soundtracks~" (Disc 1, Track 5): https://vgmdb.net/album/39904
