Looks like the kanji is verified here.

There is also a Kenichi Yoshikawa who is a singer and uses the same kanji for his name, so we'll have to be careful.

Maybe somebody can help with this one.

This artist is 吉川 健一/Kenichi Kikawa and seems to have worked in Idea Factory in 2003/2004 (his 2006 credits are from compilations).

Then there is the Atlus employee 吉川 健一/Kenichi Kikkawa (sometimes Kikkava) credited for sound stuff.
His works are Trauma Center (2005), Persona 3 (2006) / FES (2007), Devil Summoner Kuzunoha Raidou 1 (2007) and some Pokemon game (2010).

Finally in Megami Tensei Online (2007), with music by Atlus, we have 吉川健一 romanized as "Kenichi Yoshikawa" but I believe there is no proof for that and this is the same Kikkawa Atlus guy.

So are Kikkawa and Kikawa the same person? I can't find any leads.

EDIT: He's credited as Kenichi Kikkawa in this album and Kikawa in only here. I'm going to assume the former is correct, so they are the same guy given the dates and Japanese sites that say they are.

EDIT2: SuperSweep reconfirms they are the same guy:

(about Trauma Center, ~Kikkawa of the Generation of Chaos series)

The bass chorus member 吉川健一 on Knight's & Magic and RAGE OF BAHAMUT seems like someone else than the composer, maybe the baritone SS linked in the opening post (although I couldn't confirm it).
