I classified this as an original album, as I'm not sure what the source material is at the moment. Info and demos can be found here:

It seems like there isn't any source material for this album, but rather that it's an album of royalty-free music intended for use in games by anyone who want to use it.

The first piece of music in the crossfade sounds the same as 'way of the wind' of megaromachi.
Perhaps the album contains some other Saitoh's previous compositions. The event price is unknown, but Amazon sells it for 2000 yen. |

Yeah but is there some other source for (shop) release price of 2k yen? Amazon has shaky prices I think... And we just want a release price, not the current one.

Looking at the obi, it is indeed 2000 yen.

In that case, it's perfectly fine.
Can you by any chance upload some scans, Don? The entry would look nicer with 'em, just saying :) |

EDIT: Someone beat me to it.

I removed Obi Back per Lilt Records request because it contained a link/passwords for buyers of the album. They have no problem with VGMdb as a whole, but they don't think it's necessary for high res scans for their albums (for future reference).

Too late, but I think it might be slightly better to add a masked scan rather than deletion, since we don't have a way to prevent somebody from submitting scans aside of hoping they read your post before.

If needed, I could add back the masked obi back.
PS: they seem to have removed the gift link Last edited by Aye Sephra; Sep 9, 2013 at 06:33 PM. |

So I bought this recently and never really listened to it. Downloaded Shouzou Kaga's free RPG Vesaria Saga and only through a couple chapters. So I have all my music on shuffle and I was wondering how did the music for Kaga's game come up in my collection when I haven't received the soundtrack. Turns out that Saitoh is a little lazy. I don't know how many of these tracks are in the game as I've not been through much but already a dozen I can recall. Either Saitoh was preparing this for the game as he wasn't sure if it was going to be released or thought the music was fitting enough for VSI.
