I do own this cd, but no obi was available. There is no publisher stated on the cover booklet nor the back cover. I'll upload scans shortly. Track 5 seems to not exist in WMP as that is where I was able to paste the names. There is a title for it but I don't know how to type it in.
Since there is no obi, I can not provide the release date and price. It seems that all the pertinent data is on that flimsy piece of paper. |

so the release year is guess?
because the ova is from june 1992 edit: it's likely the publisher is Tulip Kikaku (producer of the animes) Last edited by Phonograph; Mar 5, 2014 at 01:16 AM. |

I remember seeing a release date on the anime in 1991 on one of the japanese sites, but I can't trace it.
The official site is tulip-k.co.jp so you would be correct on the publisher. Though how many publishers do both cd and video releases. I know pioneer did, but it was a big company. I would have to search hard for the disc with an obi. I certainly hope there is a second issue as well, cause there is barely any music from the anime in this. |

Should we place 1992 for the year or just leave the date blank for now?

I wonder if the release happened in 1992 like the first anime or if the 1194 in the catalogue could be for November 1994 (I know catalogues working like that)

It is possible. I looked on this site for other possible ICD catalogs, but to no avail. The reason I state 1991 is because that's what year it was on the composers website and AIC's website, but both are defunct now.
The other hint is from Kaio Tsuruta, whom along with Kenichi Kimura and Ishibashi Zun, have been together for most of the Cyclone and Meldac image ablums. This is the first time I seen one of them cooperate on an actual animation soundtrack. After 1992, seemingly after Nagaoka scored Tenchi Muyo, he has been solo since. I don't have any album of the other composers working together. They are friends on FB tho. |

I wasn't asserting for 91. I just overlooked whatever I was reading from long time ago.

I wonder if there are other cds for those ova, I didn't find other examples of cds for that series except this one (pretty rare)

I would certainly hope there is. Assuming that Part one in the title, it gives a high chance of there being ost for the other parts. I unknowingly stumbled on this just a week ago. Was not really expecting there a release. It just bothers me as to why they only place a handful of BGM on the disc.
The DVD releases are 70,000 yen per episode. Can't tell why. |

I was watching the anime and heard the compositions by Mr. Tsuruta used. Mostly in the ending credits. Even though his name is not listed there. I'm guessing he helped on most of the commercial tracks. There is also a couple vocals in the anime, which might mean there are other OST releases.
