Based on his Ameba username and the reading of other Shinigiwa Satellite member Seitarou Ei's name, this person's name is probably read Seijirou Waku. Couldn't confirm it though, and he doesn't have a profile on Shinigiwa Satellite's website (did he leave?).
EDIT: I just realized that eisei and wakusei are both space-related words, so maybe I'm breaking the names wrong and they're not supposed to be first and last name aliases at all: Ei☆sei Tarou and Waku$sei Jirou. The fact that both names are split in the same place with a symbol is what's throwing me off here.
