Any composer breakdown available? We know the ones from the vocal arrangements 1-8, but what's with the rest?

The lower-left corner of Booklet 1 is the only place where tracks 9-37 are addressed. They are noted as such:

Composition: Hirokazu Ando, Jun Ishikawa 9~37

Aside from eliminating any tracks used in Tracks 1~8, anything that originated from Hoshi no Kirby/Kirby's Dream Land was originally composed by Jun Ishikawa, and the fact that Hirokazu Ando composed "Above the Clouds" in Kirby 64 is proof that he was originally responsible for the tune heard in "Butter Building."

Okay, composer breakdown. I edited the Notes field based on information from the epic yarn staff interview, where it clarifies that Ando composed for Adventure by himself (quoth Ishikawa-san, "... I worked on the songs for the first Kirby game, and Ando-san did the music for the next one, Kirby's Adventure") ~ the only songs Ishikawa was credited for in the game credits are returning themes.

I also credited ando for arrangement of the three reprised Dream Land songs. Let me know if I've imploded the universe or anything~

Just letting the new link for the interview here, and the printscreen documenting the statement, so it doesn't get lost like many others.

Just found out that the opening song (track 10) and animation are from a TV commercial for Kirby's Dream Land: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xEP84Q6LhXU

So maybe Ando didn't compose that song lmao
