Arranger & Performer info about this album is virtually non-existent in the internet (even in japanese!). So, I'm wondering if someone could shed some light on this...

Also, the game was ever released for PSX? I have doubts

Gamefaqs says the game was Cancelled for PSX.

No idea for the arrangers.

Our arranger info originally came from Chudah's Corner. No idea where they got it from, but I'm pretty sure they had access to the original Japanese names in one way or another (physical copy of the album + booklet, some page that no longer exists, etc.), because four of the names were misread.*

*: "Osohiro Nomura," "Tsuyoshi Sato," and "Yasutaka Hadate" were undoubtedly misread members of T's Music, given the presence of Chamy. I'm not 100% sure "Ai Kamaike" was supposed to be Ai Kamachi, but I couldn't find any record of anyone ever named "Ai Kamaike," and Kamachi's 蒲池 is also readable as "Kamaike."

I'm not positive I got the flautist's name correct. Couldn't get any hits off of it, so I might've made a dumb mistake.

The flautist name is correctly written, but it's obscure enough to not be found anywhere. 上床 緑 could be "Midori Uwatoko", but that's only a guess.
