Chrono Cross Arrangements

The tracklist for this album, as well as the Mana Series Arrangements and possibly in the future the Chrono Trigger Arrangements by the same person sometimes get tracks added to the tracklist on Bandcamp. For example, this Chrono Cross album currently has 11 tracks while it was 9 when the album was added, while the Mana album has has 15 as opposed to 12. What's the best way to reflect these occasional changes? Simply create a new tracklist and set the old one up for deletion?
