Something tells me that if track 13 were to have gotten the full, proper credits list on this booklet, Kazuo Nobuta would have come up as the arranger (along with the referenced composers Kageyama & Sudo of course).
And it wouldn't be that odd either considering how often Nobuta has worked with specifically these people and Lantis on many similar productions around precisely this time period (New Getter Robo).

It feels like some kind of omission was made here, but there's no word on it anywhere else on the net.
