Default Null & Peta -Queen Bug no Shuurai- Original Soundtrack
Not sure if this is the soundtrack for the game or the anime (or both). The enclosure contains both the game and an anime BD.

Also since the anime and game share the same website with only one "Staff" page, it's not entirely clear whether Yuki Kishida composed music for just the anime, or the game as well.

From the disc image it seems like the soundtrack is actually for the game.
