After having drooling to find on [myanimelist.net] the good episodes, these songs do not correspond to the normal series, but, to a series of 4 ONA (I do not know if the site implies OVA by this term) "Ore no Imouto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai Specials" whose episode 03 corresponds to track 01 and episode 04 to track 02. And it is not specified that they are the characters of the anime who sing.

The episodes weren't originally aired on TV but they were referenced as 12.5, 13, 14 and 15 (as you can see in the scan above and here) so I don't think it's necessary to make a new product just for them, especially since we don't have a specific platform for Web anime (we use Series for both).
