pal vs ntsc music speed
hi I have a question regarding the speed of the bgm of japanese animes
in my country the Arabian dub used the pal format unlike the original Japanese ntsc format I noticed that the music was faster and has more kick to it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pLkGsjX-QbU this is the japanese original https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GHFv...F9D24&index=53 and this is the Arabian version noticed how it has more life to it so my question is...is there any way I can convert my music to a pal format and make it like the Arabian version? or is the source have to be a pal format only? |

I used to live in PAL world, then I moved to the NTSC world and I notice the difference - a 20% speed and pitch difference.

You can try to emulate the PAL feeling by playing an NTSC version with Winamp + PaceMaker Plug-in and set it to have ~17,02% less tempo. The speed and pitch has to be the same, so leave them at 0%. Just make the tempo slower.
