I recently obtained the physical release of this album. Should it be added as a child album to the database?

That depends on the release details, and whether it includes all the same tracks. Can you find a date and a catalog number on the release?

Physical release does contain all tracks, and the album doesn't seem to have catalogue number. Release date is bit iffy, would it be the date when they started shipping the physical copies or the day when they did get the copies on their hand?

MQ2 should be M2Q.
