This is a CD + DVD
I still can't work out how it is done that option :/

Choose only CD when submitting the album. Then edit the album and add another media, choose DVD from the drop-down menu. Don't add a tracklist before you didn't add the second media.
Also, adding "Limited edition" to the title is redundant. If you choose "limited edition" it will show up automatically.

Is there a reason why "Video" shouldn't stay in the classification? I think we've normally been selecting it as well, if the album comes with a DVD.

Oh, I didn't even saw that. I didn't remove it on purpose. I was still editing when you made the change so I think that's why it got removed.
