Those are the exact same sound credits as "The Missing Heir" remake.
Here, we know that Kenji Yamamoto composed and arranged the original Famicom and Super Famicom versions. But with him being credited as a composer on The Missing Heir (whereas the original composer was Hiromi), he may very well have composed new music for this remake as well (and arranged some of old ones), but this is pure speculation.
