Default VGMdb Webstats

I've graphed out our webstats, which start in early March 2008 when we brought VGMdb back up on the new server, and run through the end of April. They provide some interesting insight into how and when we grew.

The blue circles are the daily tally for each stat. These were smoothed with a Gaussian kernel spanning +/- 8 days to give the red line. I also marked a few significant events on the graphs.

There's some of that in AWstats as well. I'll have to play around with ways to present it.

Ah, very interesting. So we're averaging over 200k hits now, cool. And as Carl mentioned, geo stats would be interesting too.

check out that bump WAY OUTSIDE in "Pages Load" in late Feb. Also has a corresponding anomaly for hits.

Anyone know what caused that?

I'm pretty sure that was one of the guys who wrote a tagging utility and was testing out the webpage scraper.

Nice steady growth all around I'd say!
Congrats everyone.
