I embarrassingly now own this album (haha!). I found it listed on YJA, saw that it's in no one's collection here on VGMDB, and my curiosity got the best of me. I haven't listened yet, but I just uploaded images of the cover (larger than the one that was already there), the back (to show what kind of case it came in), both discs, and then a contents photo to show what kind of sleeves the discs came in.

I can also update new tracklists with the track times added later today. However, I see after ripping the discs to iTunes that the second disc has a hidden/untitled 14th track. Do I just put "untitled" for that one? And will someone else delete the old track list without the play times?

According to the text in the upper-left corner of the game's box art, which says 初回特典, this album was included as a bonus for either the first-edition of the game, or maybe as an "early purchase bonus".
