I don't have the original enclosure for this disc, but a possible catalog/disc number is 1688517. Can anyone else confirm?

Can you copy the tracks from this disc to iTunes via a disc reader like you would from a CD?

Typically, if it's a DVD that has MP3 files on it, you can stick the DVD in your computer's disc drive, view the contents of the disc (folders and/or files), and just drag the MP3 files directly from the disc and copy them to your hard drive. Then you can add those files to your iTunes library.
