the disc is... watermarked or... Signed?
Because it do think it is signed by someone, i can't decipher the handwriting. xD

is it Kevin Eastman signature?

Definitely a signature. Can't imagine this being a "watermark" of any kind.

I had no idea this existed (the OVA or the accompanying soundtrack). I don't think I've ever seen this included in any other TMNT media discussions either.
