Default Hyakumonogatari Original Drama CD
shouldn't cd enclosed with book consider Enclosure?
because most seen info about it show an ISBN code (for books)

from what I saw, the catalog no. could be ニA-19 (ニ = katakana ni)

I'd say you buy a drama CD and get an enclosed "book" (it's just the drama script) rather than the other way around. I mean it's called "Original Drama _CD_".
